Shop Room 5 Online

I am so excited to announce that you can now shop Room 5 Online!

Online payments are accepted through Pay Pal, so every transaction is safe and secure!

I am constantly adding new items to the web store, so it will still be a few days weeks (yikes!) until EVERYTHING is on the website.  But I am getting there!

P.S. Everything has to have a return policy, here is ours:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 calender days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn/unused and in the same condition it was received.  If an item comes in special gift/display packaging, that too must be intact and included with the items or you will forfeit 75% of your refund.

To return your order simply send us an email: roomfive@ymail.com with RETURN in the subject bar.  List the item(s) you are sending back along with your name and a contact number.  You will receive a reply confirmation email within 24 hours.

Once you send this email, the items must be postmarked within 7 calender days.  Include a copy of the invoice in the shipping box.  This makes things so much faster for everyone!  Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.  And we always recommend getting a tracking number for your records.


Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.  The original shipping fee is not refundable.  You will be notified by email once your return as been processed.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.
